The Beach House Function Rooms
Jetty View
The Jetty View Room on the second floor has its own balcony that overlooks the Scarness Jetty & the picturesque waters of Hervey Bay. It can accommodate up to 160 guests. With its own dedicated bar, it’s an ideal space to host your next celebration, wedding or other special event.
Bayview
The Bayview Room is located on the second level, with beautiful views over the bay. It’s ideal for medium size functions like engagement parties or birthdays with a balcony overlooking the Esplanade. This is a perfect space for those intimate gatherings allowing for up to 80 guests cocktail style.
Combined Jetty View & Bayview
We can combine both function rooms to create one large room with a dedicated bar, full access to the balcony overlooking the Esplanade. With beautiful views overlooking the Bay, this room is ideal for large functions up to 280 people.
Bayview Private Dining
Feast your senses with an intimate immersion in modern dining at its best, with our Bayview private dining experience. This exclusive fine dining experience is for entertaining 12-40 of your most esteemed guests. Includes full room setup with linen tablecloths, napkins, centre pieces, a dedicated chef & waitstaff for the length of your event.
Island View Board Rooms
Our brand new state of the art airconditioned private boardrooms are the perfect spaces for client meetings, information sessions, staff training & private networking events.
Boardroom 1 also has access to a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Bay. Both rooms are fully furnished & have high speed Wi-Fi, full AV facilities & conference call facilities. The soundproof operable wall can be opened to join both rooms together to create a larger meeting space for bigger groups. These rooms can also be converted to private dining spaces for intimate bespoke dining functions.
